Dang, that sucks thats the brand I'd go with if I bought more! Guess I'll have to stick with my junk I can't fathom spending more than $500 on headers just to hear my valvetrain more lol.
I called them and told them the Y interfered with the front prop shaft--he tells me no one has ever had an issue before and it must be my motor mounts--nope. Motor mounts were fine. I bet they tell everyone the same thing when they call--"I've never heard of anyone ever having an issue, must be your motor mounts". Sure.....They're def nice headers for the price, but every vehicle is just slightly different I guess. For anyone who does go with these, pass on the gaskets and bolts--get your own, they SUCK!

Couldn't you get a section of flat bar stock that is about 12" long and hold it against the bottom of the Y-Pipe with a strap or duck tape and then just take a big C-Clamp and squeeze the top of the Y-Pipe down a little at a time with the C-Clamp?
I had to read this like 5 times to picture it in my head lol.
Never thought of that. I don't think I have a C clamp that big, but a HF opened not too far from me. Use the flat stock so the other side doesn't get crushed in the process?

Yes. Put the flat stock on the bottom to spread the load over a larger length so the deformation happens on the top side.

Good idea. I'll give it a shot as soon as I can. I'd love to have my 4wd back. I'm sure if I get the prop shaft in something else will prevent it from working lol. Yes, I'm a pessimist
