Tony’s red x went away, mine didn’t. Wtf.
Edit: I just went in and hit backspace on the lines above the pic, saved and voila!

Had the day off--again--so I finally swapped out the ps mirror View attachment 363936Also did the 2 plastic T connections. Easy, but what a PITA.View attachment 363934
Got the old ones out without breaking them. Not sure if they were both aftermarket. Says made in China. Originals were made in Mexico. View attachment 363937View attachment 363938

Looks like the system is holding pressure again.
Thx. It def was a beautiful day in the neighborhood.Good job man! Nice day for tinkering today!
I think that’s when I’ll do mine. I have to figure on worst case scenario since I can’t find out if it’s even possible with the Whipple or if I I have to pull it. Every time I look at it I’m not sure if I can cut the old ones off. I’m pretty sure I can install the new ones since they just click on.Mine are getting done this spring.
When I originally broke one about 4-5 years ago, I was able to get the rest of it off by using pliers. The pieces were just snapping off pretty easily.I think that’s when I’ll do mine. I don’t think I can get pliers onto the DS one. The PS looks accessible. I can only hope that once I get the PS one off I’ll have room to get the other off. The blower hangs off to that side of the engine, right near the firewall. When I originally broke one about 4-5 years ago, I was able to get the rest of it off by using pliers.
