So I just replaced all 4 corners with bilstiens and installed my rear hardware kit from tony. Also replaced my shocks with the new beltech 4" trailblazer springs. Also installed the helper bags with them. I used a touch of wheel bearing grease for my away bar struts (all that was on hand). Everything went smooth and the truck rises great.

Measurements:
Fd-32.75"
Fp-33"
R-33.5" both sides

Week later I have noises. Squeaks n clunks everywhere. I noticed my torsion bar keys were adjusted way differently when I was down there. The driver side is actually almost fully threaded in, which would lift the fd side up almost to its max height adjustment. I have about 1/8" of thread left for adjustment up. The passenger side has about 13/16" of adjustment left to go up. Big difference and as I mentioned before what my wheel well measurement was: fd-32.75" fp-33". Weird right??? When I installed this lowering key kit year n half ago I cut the top cone off of the bump stops. On two cones left and sitting down as it is adjusted I have about the clearance of a business card on my driver side. The passenger side is a hair more as it is higher.

See my problem here. No travel and no room for adjustment.

Help

My torsion keys are way off as well. I think all are like that. One is maxed out the other is not. I'm not too sure about the squeaks hopefully someone else can chime in here soon.

Squeaks seem like they are comin from the rear. The whole rear hardware kit and helper bags. N I have clunks I didn't have before. Can't tell where they are comin from I'll have my wife idle around with me searching today n get back with more serious info.

ok in rear you have teh djm relocation kit of the trailing arms and the swaybar?

Did you move the swaybar over 2 inches like instructions show?

The swaybar should be on the inside of the driver side endlink and on the outside of pass side endlink.

Did you cut the bumpstop brackets off the frame?

On the spring did you use the rubber pads on top and bottom?

Tony all of those things were done. On sway arms I used wheel bearing grease on faces. Top and bottom. I moved over like instructed. No grease. Trailing arm brackets installed and TIGHT. Rubber pads for springs were slighted cut up from I'm guessing not being quite in place right on last springs. Have four new ones on order as they did not have them in stock. But they seemed to do the job for now. Feels like the sway could be some of problem. But how to I fix tighten or loosen? Helper bags I installed have no pressure in them.

Most sounds I get are when I brake. AND it's always after I hit the gas. If I brake twice I only have sound the first time till I hit the gas again. Haven't pin pointed it yet. Wife no help lol.

But if I'm Rollin on uneven turf. It get squeaks too, so hard to tell while idle strolling but I wanna guess sway. But if that was the case I can't be the only one with a problem.

While installing djm trailing arm brackets, did u leave the bolts loose untill the truck was back down on the ground at normal operating angle/range, then tighten? Maybe the rubber bushings there are all twisted and/or torqued up.
I don't know about Bilstiens making noise, but curious to see what others say. Good luck buddy.
