While installing djm trailing arm brackets, did u leave the bolts loose untill the truck was back down on the ground at normal operating angle/range, then tighten? Maybe the rubber bushings there are all twisted and/or torqued up.
I don't know about Bilstiens making noise, but curious to see what others say. Good luck buddy.

As a matter of fact I may have tightened the trailing arms up first. Il lossen em up n see if that helps. You also told me that when you did your install you left he rubber pads out n have them sitting metal to metal and you don't have a big squeak problem. Does everyone use the pads or leave em out I know you get a little more drop without them.
