Ok, I guess you guys are pushing me to close up that hole. FINE!

Now how does one mount them? Do I need to remove the Bumper, Yes or No?

I think that BLACK will look better on my rig then CHROME. THOUGHTS?

If you have (and are keeping) the black grille then black ... if you have (or plan to get) the chrome grille then chrome.

I haven't done the swap myself so I don't know how easy/hard it is.

And, yes. Black tow hooks if your have a black grille.

One thing you could rather than hooks is get a grill kit similar to what serge had on the HyHoe and put inserts in those holes. Would look good IMO.
