This is exactly what it means, YES!

I will, if I will ever get through this. This is worse then buying shoes for a woman.

I have to say that other than the tbss 20s which you can't get, this is one of my favorite 20s on the nbs trucks:

I believe that it is an oem wheel that came with the denali but I'm honestly not sure.

Just another opinion to complicate your choice.

That's correct Serge, it is an oem Denali wheel.

I've always really liked those ... they actually remind me of the CK375s but without the gap in the spokes and one less spoke, both elements which imo actually work better on a 20".

Not sure what the part no. for those is.
And they don't seem to come up for sale very often either.

As already stated, they are OEM-that is what is on my Denali. I searched far and wide to find one with those...took me about a month and the truck was 8 hours away.....one of the main reasons why I wanted them besides how they look is their exclusivity...you don't see many NBS Denali's with them
