I am still awaiting a reply form the DC guy in regards to shipping charges. I talked to him and he claims they are brand new, came off of a brand new truck immidiately after purchase.

I believe what he's saying is he can get a new oem 20" wheel/tire package for $1500 but that the tbss 22" package may be too expensive for him.
