Trans Cooler

Unsure really, With the stock cooler on a 90 degree day flat ground not towing my temp would go 3/4 of the way up, with the tru cool 40k on a 110 degree day pulling a grade with my boat the temp doesn't go past half, i went with that cooler just from info from other forums plus it had a oem look with no rubber lines with the install kit

BrandonH13 Get the 40K unit with the bypass and your good to go. It is very hard to oversize a transmission cooler. A good transmission cooler is one of the most important and simple mods to help your transmission last longer.

ps. get the transmission tuned also.

Im looking at a Tru-cool LPD 4589. Its 8x11 and has a GVW of 24000

What do you think about that one? Isn't the stock only like 4 x 11
