Do you know what your dynamic compression ratio is? Also, how much boost are you trying to put down?

Subbed to see the progress

How did you like the SRT8 compare to your Denali? I've always liked the SRT8's infact i was looking to buy one vs the TBSS.

From a performance standpoint-SRT8 hands down. Overall ride quality and looks goes to the Denali. Having a first gen SRT8 with only 425 HP/TQ stock felt ridiculous-I cant imagine the new ones with 50 more HP. Like any vehicle-mods became addictive but expensive with the jeep. I had a few bolt ons and a tune and was running mid 12.8's in the quarter. I likes the jeeps over the TBSS's cosmetically but the newer ones don't stand out like the older ones IMO. What I'd really like to get is the hellcat version which is rumored to be coming out-now 707 HP in a Grand Cherokee would be awesome!

When all said and done Im shooting for 10:1 Compression, My Engine builder and my Head work guy are all in sync... As far as boost The blower is a little small for the 370 hopefully shooting for 6-9 PSI, I'll probably have to pulley down to a 2.7-2.8 Pulley it's on a 3.1 Right now. Eventually I Will upgrade the blower to a 2.9 Whipple with some nice LS3 heads or the TVS2300. This will be down the line and not in near future...

I've been thinking lately about a Dodge Challenger SRT 392 for a DD, This truck is to modified to be a DD, Sucks but that's what happens when you go overboard, I've always loved the First Gen SRT8's they are beast, My friend has one and we raced and He launched on me and had me for about a half a car, until i reeled him in, It was pretty impressive. This is when I started looking in to them.. I like that they still hold their value pretty up.

looking good. can't wait to see the outcome. 2 things i noticed, the intake gasket and oring for the oil pump. if you are using the stock intake gasket there is much better metal one with gaskets that are beefier and less likely to leak. on the oring, I thought trucks used an orange oring. I know the one I used was orange from BTR, but your pump is blueprinted so take what I'm saying with a grain of salt.

this should be a nice one and I can't wait to see how much power you make.

The intake Gasket is made by Magnuson which is the only one they make for this particular Blower. I pm'ed Katech about this and they said they use a felpro oring because it's a little thicker. I don't know....

How's Your Truck Running @bottomline2000 how are you liking the Trucker CAM? I already miss it, lol

So I finally got a break down on the parts that are gonna be used on the forged Motor and here is partial Picture of my Invoice, What do you guys think? This motor is rated for 1,000 HP, although I don't think I would ever see 1K HP, but I have peace and mind that I know I could pretty much throw anything at it and it won't hiccup. Well That and a tune go along way, lol

Yeah I wasn't sure if it was a factory gasket or not and I would figure if a company took time to blue print an oil pump they would get the oring right.

My truck is running good. I've been enjoying the trucker. Scared an old man when I revved my truck lol. He threw his hands up..all in good fun..killed a hemi truck..didn't know what hit him.. No regrets on the cam, but I have sprung an exhaust leak in my dynatech headers so we'll see how this works out since they're coated...

I'm sure once you get that forged motor up and running the Ole trucker cam will be a distant memory lol. I've seen one of the guys on pt.net running a blown forged 370 and his crew cab is running 11's. I'm sure you'll be in that ballpark.
