I hear ya, i know what your talking about, i just wanted to see if it got fixed and if he could post the tsb. My dealer pretty much laughed at me and told me there was nothing. I want to bring it to him and tell him there is. And bribe him to fix it....:)

Replaced with parts 20995472, 19257603, 10121502, and 11509087

I know exactly what you CA kids are talking about. It is the stupid EPA mandated Healy pump handles. They cost 15K a piece for the stations, and are suposed to have less air emissions.

This happens to me everytime I get gas unless its a fairly old pump

Yes I've noticed they say healy I hate them. It takes me like 10 minutes to get gas

i traded in my tahoe for an 08 silverado... i have the same damn problem with it too.

Damn I have the same problem, and I agree it seems to be the newer pumps that have a problem. Did anyone get a final out the door cost from the dealership to replace the stuff?

I actually had the same problem. Took my truck to the dealer who who after a bit of research, discovered there was a TSB for this. Bulletin number is 09-06-04-028C. They went ahead and replaced all necessary parts, which were covered under my CPO warranty. Truck takes gas like a champ now.
