Turn signals out on right side of car, need new switch ?

My bulbs are not out, it is some sort of switch/module/relay. Anybody what this thing is and maybe the part number so I can order one ?

check ALL your fuses, there is at least 3 for the brake and tail lights.

Thank you, my mechanic fixed it for a week or two. He said he had to "blow out" the switch. He said it would be $240 to replace that switch if blowing it out didn't work. I'm sure I can install the switch if i can just find out what it is called.

Let us know cause I'd like to know what fuses and switches run the turn signal beside the bcm
