where you get tire? did you get road hazard warranty? If anything, get a inside patch. Those work a lot better than plugs

I ordered them from tread depot... and of course I didn't get the road hazard warranty. It's not like I've purchased it with every other set of tires and never needed it, so figured I'd save the money this time around. Ok, maybe it is

Use a combination of a plug and patch. It's a patch with a stem on it that is pulled through from the inside out. Don't put a tube in it. A tube will build up heat in a tire not designed for it and can cause a failure at highway speeds.

Call them and tell the the tire has a bubble. Tire rack will sell you a tire at half price if you did not get the road hazard and it gets a bubble. Maybe it's the same with them.

Yeah, I'm not going to lie about it.

However, I've been having an issue with them not balancing. They'll show balanced on a machine, but ride like they're square. I had contacted TD about it and they are sending me for a road force balance to see if they need indexed or replaced. Perhaps I can get lucky and that be a bad tire that needs to be replaced due to a manufacturing defect. We shall see.
