@Scrapman call here and ask for Mark. See what he thinks. He doesn't know me but I heard about him and how good he is with electrical.

I believe I recall seeing a tsb about unhooking battery the wrong way and it may damage the bcm. I will see if I can find it.
Good find. I saw that too but wasn’t sure if it applied to the work the OP did. I didn’t look at it much closer. Here you go. Looks like what you may have disconnected was a ground path for the BCM.
According to that tsb, I did it correctly. I removed Only the negative battery cable, and the tsb says to do it first. Here you go. Looks like what you may have disconnected was a ground path for the BCM.
ahhh,,, wait. Unless your saying the latch's plug contains a ground for the BCM....Then you hit the nail on the head. Here you go. Looks like what you may have disconnected was a ground path for the BCM.
This is what did itahhh,,, wait. Unless your saying the latch's plug contains a ground for the BCM....Then you hit the nail on the head.
Sadly, I don't have and couldn't find an electrical diagram to figure this out. Towing it to the only mechanic I trust today.
Well crap. No one in any video I watched of people replacing their latch unhooked their battery. This is what did it
