I want to upgrade my alternator in my 2002 GMC Yukon Denali. Will 200 or 250 amps be enough? What is the stock alternator rated at?

Be careful about upgrading alt. A lot of folks do not thinking of other things that may need to be changed including wires to handle the more amperage. Make sure you do it at a shop that specializes in that type of work and just don't do a one for one swap.

A good quick reference would be to add up all your equipment fuse ratings. Give you an idea of what your gonna pull.

do not go to local alt shops and have them rewound to "higher" amperage. Its better to just buy a new high output one from a well known companies. Usually the ones that get rewound dont last long, and then have horrible idle output.

Custom built box tuned to 33hz

get a alt from DC power or mechman and ditch the cap and youll be golden. If you register on caraudioclassifieds.org mechman is a vender on there he always has sales for GM's and fords. i picked up my powermaster 220 amp from him that he beefed up for 220 shipped which is a deal compared to other 400 dollar ones from mean green, irraggi, etc... and it benches 138 at idle and 240 peak

he should be okay he has the big 3 done already

you said you have the big 3 done, which consists of upgrading the factory wire to 4 gauge or larger, preferably 0 gauge. big 3 = upgrade the alt + to battery +, battery - to chassis, and then engine block to chassis.

if you have that done then your good, just swap your alt for a new one.
