Anyone that is just not effected by load. It should not be an issue the way you just spliced them in to the lowers in a what sounds to me a parallel fashion so this is purely a guess because I can't theorize another possibility at the moment. Look at local store for a similarly pinned flasher and look on the packaging to determine that is says it will not blink faster if there is a bulb out(or something to that effect). That would be the one to try. $15 or less usually.

It's the flasher.

95 comes with two flashers, one for the turn and one for the hazards. Hazard one is a ***** to get to, it's behind the dash under the radio. Look for the electronic flasher on superbrightleds. I'm on my phone right now but I'll try getting you the part number tomorrow.

Should be the FL-3 for 95' model Tahoe/Yukon hazard flasher. Ill have to check the turn signal one later today.

thanks man. they work fine with the aprking lights off but once i turn them on it does the weird flash. found that out yesturday

You will need to change the hazard relay too the part # from
superbrights is EP29 flasher

okay ill have to get an order of leds from there then. doing to change my cluster oens to brighter ones. idk which to go with have the single blue led right now. want it brighter
