Wow...that's impressive then! Does anyone know if BB yields similar results?

And you don't drive different with the diablosport installed? That's a pretty large gain from just the one mod....
I would imagine just a general scan of the computer would be able to tell GM if it'd ever been modified before...
I believe it. GM sets up their tune as conservative, enough to survive 5 years or 100k miles in all normal driving situations with all drivers. They also have to deal with emission laws. A tune can expand on certain areas while sacrificing the other areas somewhat. An engine tune pretty much kills your GM powertrain warranty and not just for the engine. They supposedly also can tell if a tune was ever changed from the stock tune.
exactly we dont buy them to save gas--- i was haggling over price and it was geting down to 1-2 dollars per month when the salesman had enough and stated -- look if u are that worried about the payment going up that much, maybe you shoudlnt be driving that car ( we were kidding) i said yeah but ever dollar per month is 72 bucks more i pay for the car overall--- went right over his head.
i accelerat like a grandma and coast -- i get 16 mpg city and about 20 highway and never go above 70 and use the cruise.
its all on how you drive and the gradient of the terrain.
