As stated before they will look good for a short period of time and then dull. Please enlighten us on how you prep these tail lights for the ****** can of VHT that will make them look so good.

No sir. I had it on my silverado for 2 years before selling it. No dullness/cracking.

I call bs. I know too many people who have used it and it turned crappy. All you have to do is look around online for the reviews on it for proof. I even know two guys that owned body shops that tried using it and could not get it to last.
If getting it right was so easy nobody would waste time and materials with real paint.

I posted up some pics even though they're probably poor quality.
The proper way would be to wet sand, scuff, wash, paint, wet sand, clear and call it a day.
But i just wash with dawn, dry and paint. But there's a trick while painting that keeps it glossy and doesn't let it go flat. :secret:

So share this secret that you face that no one else in the world has. You are full of shit if all you do is wash with dawn and dry.

What time period would you consider they start to fade? I have had my corners smoked for near 2 months now and they look just as good as the day i did them. And no i'm not using the two month period as saying they last forever. Because i know the one's on my old truck lasted two years looking like new.
It's not a 'secret', it's a trchnique. The exact opposite of what they say to do on the can and what you'd do with a gun.
I can post up some FlickR pics if you want better quality.

I've only ever painted smooth lights.
I've also never had an unhappy customer and all my business is by word of mouth.
Send me a spare set of some lights you want painted and money to return ship and i'll try and make you a believer :p
