How is GM with warranty coverage when adding aftermarket parts like this? I’m coming from a long history of German SUV ownership and they can be bastards when it comes to warranty claims when anything aftermarket is installed.
Does not void warranty

Generally speaking you don't need a tune for your CAI as long as the section that the mass air flow meter is installed doesn't change in diameter. Same airflow, same tune. More airflow and you need to tune it. Which is usually pretty dicey when you want to put 87 in it, the knock sensor doesn't work as good and it will knock. Different tunes for different octanes. I'd like to see actual dyno numbers before I did anything.
