Sorry guys! Been MIA lately. Been crazy at the office!
Come to find out, I can’t use the LS injectors until I upgrade more of the valvetrain. So, when the 496+ stroker kit goes in will be the time to switch injectors. The stockers are plenty of fuel.
Also, I was looking for ways to bump up fuel pressure, like an adjustable FPR. Come to find out, I pulled FPRs off the shelf for a 454 and a 1997 350. They both use vacuum style FPRs with nipples (hehe, nipples); however, the nipple on the 350 FPR rolls down into a smaller outer diameter, but just slightly. The initial inlet of the same size, and the inlet hole is the same size. Height on the 350 FPR is just slightly smaller, but just the outer portion, not the portion that sits in the fuel rail. If this works, this will bump pressure up from 50 PSI to 65 PSI, and it’s cheaper!!!
New upgraded 4 hole Bosch injectors and FPR going in this weekend!
Also, 0411PCM on its way! It’s been tuned, road tested, and I have all the instructions and pinout diagrams to do the swap!!!
