Seems to me around $750 should be the average price. One shipper said I could load up to 200 lbs of stuff in the car while it's shipped. Some of them said no money up front--which doesn't mean anything.
Considering your total cost of transporting it yourself.... That seems reasonable......

CHECK FOR RUST FIRST????? Unless you are planning to "frame-off" the car's restoration? I'd up grade the suspension, etc...... Hopefully, not too much bondo under that black paint.....

I'm just looking for a fun driver, nothing fancy. I think $750 is reasonable too, if it's legit.

Looks pretty rough on top -- bet the underside looks worse. Looks like some interior parts missing. In horse -- Mustang -- parlance, "Rode hard and put up wet." $6K? Hard pass from my perspective.

Note that it's apparently just been washed at "Tony's Car Wash." Been sitting for a while in dirt.

Believe it or not--for the price--this is the best notch online, and it's not a roller. Interior doesn't matter too much to me. As long as the drivetrain is good, and there's not a lot of rust--I can deal with it.

If the seller is honest, he will give clear photos of the underside, and close-ups along edges that tend to show rust. If he hesitates, RUN AWAY...... ( There may be a good reason that this Fox Body is a good price?????

As I mentioned before, my mechanic saw the underside of the 'last year' Firebird. It was an internet sale..... EVERYTHING below was toast !!! It looked like a single hammer hit to an A-arm would destroy the part. The car was unsafe..... We were afraid to look under the carpet.....

That's horrible. I don't know how people could be so scummy.
