i cant tell anything from the video but i had a strange occurrence with my 97 tahoe i would have described as a rapid drumming sound but i could generally feel it to. the universals on my rear shaft were apparently bad but felt fine whenever i went over the driveline to find the source. i actually had to change them twice. the first set was from the local autoparts store where they insisted the 2 were the same. was a last minute fix so i didn't question it. seemed odd because the rear one didn't seem to want to fit as well as the old one came out. ended up with the same feeling and sound 6 months later when i bought from a different source that listed 2 different universals for the rear shaft. never had the problem again after that second change.

I have a 2005 GMC Yukon Denali that has about 206,000K. Ever since I bought it, when driving I hear two distinct noises, one sounds like a low drumming sound. While the other is more like a whining sound. These only happen when I am on the gas. I am more interested in the drumming noise or maybe they are both related. Take a listen here.
My 2010 Yukon Denali is making this same drumming sound. What did you did figure out it was or how did you fix it ? Thanks

This is thread necromancy, and many people may miss your post. For future posts, I suggest creating your own, and referencing the one that you found in your search. That said, might be a U-joint. It only gets stress on it when you accelerate. But I'm just guessing. There are folks in this forum that can do a much better job than me.
