Weird Vibration Noise from Above the drivers seat

Hey I have a wierd vibration coming from the little hole above the drivers seat and the rear seat out of those holes. I know that they are involved with the climate control but how do i fix it?

Smash it with your fist when it happens. That worked for me...Might not be your answer.

It's your aspirator fan for the auto climate control.
