I "Liked" your post, not because of the heartache you had to endure, but because you used the phrase "giant pain in my dick", which really conveyed just how much ass this situation sucked. And mad props on the accomplishment.

Oh boy. What all did you have/choose to do?

I did a DOD delete but kept the VVT. Had to do the new cam,springs and pushrods. Everything else is totally stock, except computer which I sent to Texas to get tuned.

Thanks. I only had 2 mental breakdowns during the whole thing. My wife works at GM so I had here go kick an engineer in the ******* approx 769 times during the week and a half hell I went thru. [emoji482]

If I did a DOD delete, kept the VVT, put in new cam, springs, and push rods, it'd be because I just took on a new car payment.
