^What shocks are the blue ones? They came off the front of my 2wd 2004 yukon. The labels are scratched off both shocks so I can't tell... They say made in Canada and Tenneco on them. Are they stock? All I can see on the label is T3Y

I was going to replace them (since 1 is leaking) with those gray Monroe twin-tube Reflex shocks but I tried compressing them and realized they are very soft and not nearly as smooth during compression compared to the blue Tenneco shocks. The Reflex is about half an inch shorter than the blues.

After reading some reviews it seems the reflex twin tube does not last long at all.

I'd like to keep the stiffer shocks so I'm looking to return the crappy Reflex shocks and get what I had.

Any ideas on what they are and where I can get them?

Any opinions on the Monotube Reflex shocks? Are they any stiffer/better quality? Opinions on Bilsteins?

Thanks

That is what I was asking in my original post...

From all the positive reviews I cannot believe anyone would suggest these Monroe twin tube Reflex shocks. I can tell they would not handle the front end of a yukon well at all and probably won't last long. That goes for all monroe/gabriel/twin tube crap.

It looks like those blue shocks are indeed the stockers... They are about $300 each from the dealer though.

After reading how the Bilstein HDs are pretty stiff and seem to last a while I decided to order some through my local autozone... Was $69 each.

Can't wait to try them out..... next comes the cognito pitman arm brace.
