Lol I usually just sit in the living room and watch tv while I butt the wires together. It looks intimidating but it's easy. You'll have it together in no time.

Isn't that the truth. Mine are a little older but if it's new or out of place it's got to be inspected, touched, maybe even turned into a gun or princess crown. sheessh...gotta love em...they are the best. Good luck at 0100 when they are all passed out

I had to get up before 0600 just to wash mine before school this morning. But at least she was clean for today.

I had some free time at work so I welded up a 3" y pipe, Borla 3" 40359 muffler and a 3" turndown. This was my first time welding and besides a couple burns on my arms it turned out exactly how I wanted.
I will however take it to a shop that has an exhaust bender to complete the exhaust to run out of the back tucked up and turned down flush with quarter panel... I have an idea of how I want it all to look and it should come out amazing.

I love the sound... I mean I am in love with it! I can only imagine what it would sound like with a cam!
My old 99 Z28 had a stroker 427 with a borla turndown exhaust and it reminds me of that, you can feel the exhaust outside on cold starts and it sounds smooth.
So far everyone who hears it says it sounds amazing even on decel from outside with no popping or annoying rasp.

Took it in to the body shop to repair driver side door, lock, and ignition because some little ***** tried to steal it. Instead they just ended up with all my stereo equipment. Thankfully, they were nice and gentle about removing everything.
