Oh okay mine was the other way around. May still be the same one I moved the rod that goes in the actuator and I think it's reversed now. I moved the passenger control to 90 and the drivers side got hot but I will find out for sure tomorrow. I'll let you know.

Wasn't to bad just that one of the three 7 mm under the center area. Had two 5.5mm holding it in. At least on my 04 z71. Found my truck is a little different then some videos for my year

I did the recirc actuator a few weeks ago and THAT one's a *****- almost need to disassemble the entire dash sub-assembly. It's the one way up high, behind the ducting for the HVAC. The video I found did no justice to the difficulty of this one, so hope you never have to do it! Good job on the blend door though.

Finally adjusted my torsion bars to brig it up to dead level. 38.5" all 4 tires. Currently sitting on 285/70/17 going up to 33/12.5/17 in the next few days! Should look extra beefy!

Flexx - only at 38 1/2"? I just replied to you over in the Shocks thread, I'm at 39 3/4" in the front and 40" in the rear, wonder why yours isn't the same height as mine? Do you have the Z71 coils in yours? What size spacers in the rear? I have Z's and 2'.

ATIII has 1/4" more height than me in the rear, but he used 3" spacers. Apparently my stock springs were worn more than his, so when I installed the Z71 coils, I got 3/4" more than he did in the rear.

So I was looking at some pictures on here and wanted to get rid of my cigarette lighter and decided to put in a usb instead. As I looked on ebay I saw this. I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge so I need 2.1 amp for fast charging. And the wife needed the regular 1 amp. So I got this. Installed quick easy and painless. Recommend.

I'm at 39 3/4" up front with keys and 24-186643 5100's,
40 1/2 with Moog 81069 springs (Z71), 2" poly spacers, 24-185783 5100's. Rear shocks are longer designed for 3" lift, so I didn't need extenders.

285/70/17's Terra Grapplers

The UCA's don't sit on the droop stops but are less than a 1/4" above them.

Mines Z71 springs but only a 1" spaced in the rear. And the pro comp 2.5" keys in the front.

No plug and play but close. I cut the plug off as I wouldn't use the cigarette lighter anymore. So I just snipped it off and added the female connectors that came with it and done. The plastic piece just pulls right out. Held by pressure clips.

Took her in for an oil change and general check at my buddy's shop. All good, except for the negative camber on the driver front tire. She was pulling a bit to the right, so up on the rack she went. Now she drives straight down the road.
