That's pretty crazy. I get 10-13 city and 15-18 hwy and mine is a Denali meaning 6.0 and AWD

I know. 4.8L with only K&N CAI and Flowmaster 50 muffler. BBP tuned to 93 Octane. Nothing else crazy. 24s of course play a bit into that factor. A little foot as mentioned, and stupid city stop and go driving. Maybe I'll just go buy a Denali or Escalade with the 6.0 so I can justify the crappy city mpg? Haha...wife wants one bad now after riding in the work LTZ Suburban. Dammit!!

Edited^^ BBP and 24s. ^^

My denali gets worse mpg than that. Tuned?
BlackBear tune.
I got 1-2 mpg more on the old engine. Since the new lq4 is tight my mpg has dropped a bit.

If you guys are running larger than factory diameter tires you need to remember that and account for it. With the speedo reading under, so does the odometer meaning you are traveling more miles than its registering.

Oh yeah. Running stock tires/wheels.

I'm overdue for some basic stuff though; I've got: plugs, diff fluid, atf, fuel filter sitting in the garage waiting to be changed.

I'm getting more like 10 city, 14-15 hwy atm.

I responded to someone that was using something from rare parts recently.

I'm surprised that there isn't more information regarding steering upgrades from the 3/4 and 1 tons on these vehicles. The jeep guys do that stuff all the time.

I'm going with moog personally.
More info, part #'s, threads, etc, on HD steering upgrades? I've never seen any info on that.

Thanks!

I'm just using factory replacement MOOG parts personally. Just commenting that I am surprised to not see a lot of guys going that route. Can't be too hard to get some of the 3/4 ton stuff to work on our 1/2 ton trucks. I'll bet that would be way cheaper than rareparts stuff, which imho is crazy expensive. It looks like good parts though, I can see how some people would be willing to spend that.
