I know, I know! Lol. I'm gonna try this weekend to get someone to look at the prop shaft situation. See if anything can be fabbed up, or if it's even doable.More and more opportunities for a build thread
MBRP exhaust? I love the sound on mine.Small shot of the muffler. View attachment 74684
Those rear "jounce stops" are actually bump stops. Unlike the fronts which are in constant use and are actually jounce stops, the rears will probably never actually come in contact with anything unless you launch over some raised railroad tracks or are lowered. And if you're lowered and hitting them, you need to do the free travel mod which involves removing the entire brackets that hold those on, and replace them with some real small ones. So you can probably use them.I took the day off today to work on my work van, thing was missing like crazy. Anyway. once I was done with it I turned my attention to that dirty Hoe. Got a few things done today. First was the antenna delete. Put the Escalade cowl piece in. View attachment 74679Looks good. Second, put in my Escalade cluster. Buddy did it for free, can't beat that! Only thing annoying is the trip odometer doesn't work. View attachment 74680Tried changing the rear jounce stops. Look at the size difference! I think these are for lowered rides. So I didn't put them in. View attachment 74681Then had some extra time, so went to the muffler shop. Got the mbrp on. Hoe sounds RIDICULOUS!!! Sounds like a race car now. Little too loud, the video doesn't do it justice, but we'll see how it goes.And..... Got some goodies in the mail, but a little late to do it today. View attachment 74682 View attachment 74683
