You need to keep cranking the keys up. It doesn't look like you got anything close to 1/2" (it probably settled back down) and you seriously need to get some of the pressure off those jounce stops. I doubt your torsion bars are doing much, looks like the jounce stops are doing it all and that's got to be a bad ride. I wouldn't fix the swaybar end links until you get it riding right so you can get the ride height set first then measure for the end links. Still rides like crap I bet, doesn't it?Cranked the keys.
