Do you have a high stall, 3000 or over? Is your tune set for your stall? You might check this out:https://ls1tech.com/forums/automatic-transmission/1302391-trouble-code-p0757-4l60e.html. Could you just need your tune set for your stall.
Tune is set up for the stall. Everything was done by the same shop. Hopefully it's just something really simple to fix.
EDIT: I just checked the link and read through the thread. I don't know now. I talked to the trans guy before and he said it might be a solenoid. I'm hoping he has the proper scanner to see what the trans is doing. Thx for the link Red.

Yeah, I thought you weren't too sure about your tuner. Isn't he the same guy who said he can't turn on the efan pin in your pcm until the fan is installed?

I finished up my valve cover/ignition upgrade today. Looks and runs better.

Runs better? I always heard that our ignition coils are good units and that there is nothing to gain from aftermarket ones. In fact the ls1 crowd upgrades to the truck coils.

Looks really good!

I doubt the coils have anything to do with anything, in fact they look like copies of the AC Delco coils but I have no idea. I bought them because they're red and red parts are faster lol. Plus they can't hurt. I think it runs better because of the plugs and wires. The plugs I was running were NGK TR6 regulars; I was experimenting with different heat ranges and didn't want to spend $80 a set on plugs that might be thrown away in a few miles and the regular plugs were $20 a set. Once I decided the TR6's worked good but the TR5's were too cold (Whipple wanted me to use TR5's but BB said to use TR6's and stock were TR7's) I decided to go with the TR6ir Iridium's. And the wires were AC Delco's but last time I changed plugs, one of the metal pieces that snap onto the plug came off the wire when I pulled the wire off, and it stayed on the plug. I always pull the wires off by the boots so that should not happen, and it's not the first time with nearly new AC Delco wires. I've heard the same with Taylor wires. Anyway I replaced that single wire with one from a different AC Delco set last time but I didn't feel confident in the rest of them, maybe the metal ends were separating from the wires. Impossible to tell. Anyway I had some misses that I could feel. So I went with MSD Superconductor wires because I heard they don't pull apart after a couple uses. Plus they're red. Now that was a helluva long explanation wasn't it? But definitely no misses now.

I'm currently going through the Passlock relearn procedure Afyer replacing the ignition cylinder and the cylinder housing. Fingers crossed!
Well, that was a bust. Security light never stops blinking. Does removing the TCB or TBC, I forget which order it's in, reset the BCM memory? Thinking I'll pull that overnight and see what the outcome is in the morning

Yeah they look like my truck coils with the built in heat sink..just red lol. I got mine with my engine and the guy said they are the go to coil packs and it wouldn't hurt if the MSD are they're the same just a prettier package and new. I'd never doubt a guy with a lift in his home garage lol.

The mirrors are good to go. Watched a vid on YT on where to make my connections so I didn't have to run the wires to the engine compartment.

The turn signal indicators are pretty f'n bright. They will definitely get peoples attention at night!

I had to level them. I couldn't stand them being winged up. You can see the difference in the pics.

Overall I'm very happy with the tow mirrors. I can see my surroundings much better, even if I'm not towing anything. I think it gives the truck a tougher look too.
Look good.
You would think by now someone would make a leveling spacer kit for these.:hmm:
