I might try the 3.5mm jack to the xm radio first before buying a new head unit. I want to do my suspension before anything else

I did the same. Hid the jack in the back of a cubby and got a little 3.5mm Bluetooth adapter that plugs in back there. You'd never know it's there and works great.

Link? And howd you wire the 3.5mm jack I see there's 3 prongs to it. I'm currently looking for the walkthrough but if my memory serves me right it only shows 2 connections

Here's the jack i used. It is "switching" so there is no bleed from the XM. The only trick is if I want the xm, i need to unplug.

Here's the adapter. I bought it at frys.

I got some ground loop noise, so I added this splitter. Fixed.

What are you going to put in there?
Something like these in blue and white. I'll probably switch 2 pairs of fog lights, cab lights, and the reverse lights.

That is quite the idea and project. This just came to you while you were sleeping?! lol doe it help that I also have a 3in body lift already installed as well. So any obstacles underneath the body are already 3inches out of the way!

Dude, you have no idea what thoughts run through my head while I'm sleeping (or trying to!).

I've been known to wake up (or at least 1/4 of the way) and start sketching out plans for a deck, or writing down ideas for a kitchen remodel. I'd say at least half the time, if I can't sleep, it's because I'm dreaming about trying to figure out a solution for a project that I'm not even actually doing!
