Thank you! Looks like I will have to take the bumper off like you said to get this cover off. I couldn't reach all the clips for the cover. GM can suck it for making something as small as changing the license plate bulb holder this difficult

Spray the bolts with PB blaster or a similar product for a few days so they come off easily

Yeah I did that with the one on the right, but the USBs are connected to the head unit. I can charge the phone with em and connect to the head unit, but they don't fast charge. I haven't found a USB socket like that yet that has fast charging or I would change it out.

However on a side note, I took a chance and ordered this Daystar Switch Pod for a Jeep Wrangler and it fits the A-Pillar perfectly. I just need to get some custom horizontal rocker switches for it now. I'll post some pics when I do.

Mine has usbs on the left and a usb and aux input on the right hooked to my pioneer dd. I don't really need fast charging in my truck. It's more of an emergency charge in most cases.20180126_155949.jpg

I see you went with the MB Quart 8 inch sub. Interested in what you think about the sound? Have been eyeballing that one since the Kicker that was previously recommended for the rear sub box has been discontinued
Yeah the MB Quart sub is ok. It's cheap and small so I didnt expect much. First I was disappointed, but my last system was 2 15" Alpines. Basically it just fills out the low end a little bit. Had to space the trim piece out to keep the sub from contacting it, butay be because I didnt have the factory mounting nuts or whatever that pop in the square holes to accept the bolts, so I made a plate to bolt it to. Anyway, I found out MB Quart has been bought by a Chinese company or something g and is definitely isn't the awesome stuff it used to be. But for 55 bucks, it's not bad. I only have a little NVX 300w amp running it.

Here's the amp and a pic of the box installed. Jack still fits, had to remove the threaded rod that held the tools. I hated that damn mounting g system anyway, just used a strap of Velcro under the 2nd row seat.
I just put some flexible roof seal like putty crap under the bottom tab of the box to keep it from knocking g since it had nowhere to go into.
