No, what I mean if I get the electric fans turned on in the pcm, that I could leave the clutch fan on until I finally, physically bolt the electric fans on. The clutch fan would still continue to work correctly? I was told they would, just double checking.

oh lol yeah no reason for it to not work, its a mechanical part, no computer telling it when to lock up.

ive not done the fan swap. you need to add pins to the pcm plug? if so i got pinned wires for the pcm.

Yup, for mine it's 2 pins added to the pcm. I have everything that's needed.

A little heat maybe? Kind of stretch it some?

I thought about it. I don't know that there's anything to stretch, though. And it's not that the top isn't long enough, but the bottom is too long. I can muscle one side to one it all up, but then it pushes the other side worse (of course). I think imma have to cut more....

Okay. Here's what I got on the sides. You can see that the top cap is as close to perfect as it gets with the fender /wheel well. But because it's riding outside, it pushes the denali part back. Not bad from 15 feet, but up close, it's clear it doesn't line up. Thoughts/ideas ?

Follow the line down and match it, there won't be a lip but if you black the rest out it won't be noticeble. Doesn't effect durability or structure integrity.20180716_203116.jpg 20180716_203325.jpg

I think this is the plan. Here's the trouble with it... 20180717_000005.jpg

I can go down to the horizontal line and keep the fastener, which is right about where the right vertical line (yours) goes, but then I'm missing the wraparound into the well. I think I'm going to need to cut a wedge like so....

I'm going to have to silicone, or glaze, or (I really don't want to) glass some stuff already. I can get that corner to look good I think and still have continuity inside the well.
