They are mine to keep. My same buddy that let me borrow them when j painted the 22s called and asked if I wanted to trade wheels. I said hell yea and picked the Z71s up today and tossed them on. They need a good cleaning but my 22s need some touch up. Which I told him I would do before I drop them off. Good thing hes in no rush

So I picked up my blue behemoth last night! I'm attaching a few interior & engine bay pictures I took this snowy morning with my cell phone. I'm really excited to hook it up to my 33' travel trailer and scram. But, the nature of living in the northeast means I'll have to wait a few months still.

On the drive home the speedo stopped working. It looked a little twitchy at first and then said I was going 40mph on the highway and I was moving with traffic, so that couldn't have been. I came to a stop at an intersection and it went to 0mph and stayed there.

This is my first heavy duty truck. Any input on how it should track/steer/travel down the highway? It reminds me when I went from a TDI Sportwagen to an Xterra. The Xterra felt all over the place, but only for a few rides and then it felt natural.

Here are a few snowy pics...

There are my 2nd or 3rd favorite oem wheels. Top is the 22s with the inserts I can't remember the name then these may be tied with the ones that kinda look like they have holes. Idk the numbers but they were for sale by a user here and I wanted them bad.

So far the ride feels better. Acceleration does. I imagine I'll see slightly better performance and fuel economy

Sorry, dude. No facebook for me. I joined because I bought one and Google showed me the way to this promised land!
Good work sharing this place with the masses. I’ve only been here a few days and it’s already been very helpful.
