Score! A non-vulture wanted item is a treasure to the forum members who demand such little treasures.

Just for the hell of it, maybe try wrapping the old one, or maybe even dip it.

I ordered the AC Delco from Amazon, and it was a good price. (~$40)

Do you have Amazon Prime??
If so, keep note for future reference that you can return defective products within 30 days with Amazon Prime. And by "defective" I mean "you broke it while installing it" . I've broken items before and just said fuckit and sent it back as "defective" and got another one. Most recently it was a tool l bought for work. I was trying to loosen a rusted bolt and snapped the bit, so I sent it back and got another one. I've also sent things back for a full refund, because I didn't want another POS if it broke that fast.

Did the rear brakes. Centric blanks with fully rebuilt calipers (new phenolic pistons, seals, shields, and sliders). Stoptech SS line. Not super thrilled with how the Dupli-color red came out, but its not too bad.

Got something special coming for the front, probably a couple weeks out.

Tossed in the new. New. Front diff.

This one's quiet. Just got back from first test drive, interestingly enough, even though this is silent (I. E. Normal) it got a fair bit warmer on break in.

Previous, noisy one was only 30 degrees above ambient after first 15 mile round trip. 80 degrees in 50 degreee weather. This one got to 125 in at the same temp. Rear diff for reference was 85

Popped off the inspection cover on the old one, saw scoring on the ring gear
