if the rear coolant lines are 1 hot & 1 cold then the rear heater core is clogged
if the blend door actuator does not move properly then it should be replaced, there are 2 in the back 1 controls hot/cold the other controls air up/down (floor/ceiling), there is also a rear blower resistor and a rear controller module, if neither of the rear actuators operate then the rear controller module is likely bad, if the rear fan does not blow then likely it is the rear blower resistor.
if all that works then possibly the little sensor in the headliner is faulty, the long wheel base have 2 (depending the year and system, some even have 3) one above the drivers head and the other is in the back above the right rear passenger, if it has 3 then the 3rd would be all the way in the back left rear headliner near the rear hatch.
beyond that if it is the digital system and depending on the year there are more temp sensors in the ducts they should have 5v volts power on the harness and to test one you take it out and apply heated air to the sensor and use a meter to test if the resistance changes when heat is applied.

Replaced the oil pressure sending unit. It went crazy giving wild readings, and got worse the warmer the engine got. This one was almost new. I put it in a couple of months ago when the oil pick up tube o-ring lost its seal and the oil pressure was low and erratic. I was hoping that the sensor was the problem then. Thankfully, I still had the one I took out, so I just put it back in. All good again!

Oh, and washed off the mess from last week's snow too. Can't believe how badly people handle snow in Denver these days. I guess that's because so many of them are not from Colorado.

Finished up installing a fresh re-man 4L60e trans. While out, I replaced the rear main seal, rear main seal plate gasket. Oil pressure sensor and connector w/leads, Oil cooler plate gasket and engine oil/filter change. Naturally, the t-case got a drain and fresh fluid.

Cleaning up the shop, I found the OEM mirror from the old Trailblazer (totaled 8/18) and installed it in the Tahoe and the one in the tohoe and a non-working compass. Works now, not that I really need it ;)

Truth! Too many transplants! And I’ve replaced my sending unit 3x in the last year. Bought the Yukon in September last year, and it was toast. Replaced it with a “standard” which failed catastrophically, leaking oil out the top after 3 months. Replaced with OEM AC Delco, which lasted approximately 5 months before it crapped out. Hoping this new Delco part lasts.

Slipped on the new shoes for a test run. General Grabber ATX. 275/70/18.
Stock Z71 suspension for now. Close, but zero rub lock to lock. Debating a little key crank. Scheduling alignment.

Awesome! Looks great! I just ordered my Z71 springs. Still need to get the front and rear Bilstein 5100’s, and now to wear out the current shoes... [emoji16]
