I'm in the middle of replacing my power steering pressure and return hoses I noticed some oil around the pan in the front.

You guys think that this is just weeping and maybe pan bolts weren't tght or potentially oil pump? Or something else?

Picture was taken from ground looking up at front of engine.

Looks like it's coming from the front seal but don't think it's enough to worry about, not until it starts making a mess on the driveway.

yeah that's what I was thinking too, no way I would have noticed this unless I took the plastic guard off the bottom of the engine bay.

In other words, power steering lines has been replaced with new AC Delco.

I had an 8 mmbolt which held the two lines into the rack and then a 16 mm wrench was needed to take off the pressure line at the reservoir. Both lines including shipping from RockAuto or $69 with the 5% off.

Parts arrived:

Delco T-stat/housing
Delco fan clutch
Melling water pump.

My super slow leak has turned into a gallon every two days. Two years ago, I had someone pressurize it and there was a tiny little bit of a leak from the bottom of the pump. Hoping that's the only spot. Also hoping the Melling is good....not much info on their water pump, but always good reviews of the oil pump. We shall see.
