you shouldn't have to remove the bumper cover, the cover just clips on/off doesn't have anything to do with the license plate lights, I changed out mine before it just took a couple minutes they twist and slide out, not sure why he had to
On a NBS Denali you can change the bulbs from the back but for the housings themselves you have to pull the outer bumper skin off.

I hope they dont affect the
Backup camera, they should help with the lighting at least.
usually brighter lights make the backup camera work a little better, I have led license lights, backup led's and reverse flashing led's I can see the flashing a little in the camera but it doesn't affect the view

Uhg got a TPMS sensor changed and remember watching the kid struggle with this exact center cap. I checked before I left and it appeared to be on but clearly not on good enough.

Think Discount tire will replace it? Anyone know the best place to buy them?

I'm gonna call Discount tomorrow and see what they say. Maybe they will let me order it and reimburse me. Even if they just gave me a store credit I'd be happy my other trucks is gonna need tires soon.

I’m sure they will. Discount has always been awesome with Customer Service in my experience. Although some stores are certainly better than others... I have my favorite. [emoji16][emoji106]

I feel as though they will they really do have great customer service. Probably a new guy that didn't know to line the symbol up with the valve stem.
