That has been the plan, i cant find any up here in Michigan. Everytime I'm visit a junkyard I look them up.

Broke too late! I had a new one that I gave to a member a few months ago. Sux.
I just looked on Ebay and typed in 2005 Tahoe driver side mirror , filtered to the used ones, and found a couple that show the puddle light for about $50 shipped.

Last night my son came home and told me he thinks the AC in the 2001 Yukon needs recharging. I asked why he thinks that. He told me that it doesn't blow cold air.
I asked if the rear vents blows cold or the same as the front, and also to check to make sure the blend setting is on the cold. He went out to check it, started car and was messing with the controls.
I was standing on the back porch and could tell that the compressor wasn't cycling on just by sound. Told him to pop the hood. I took my flashlight and looked at the compressor and I saw the AC belt just sitting there, broken. I told him that could be his problem, and hope that the compressor isn't locked up.
He ordered a new AC belt online at Advance Auto to be picked up today. We picked it up, got back and went to put it on and after removing the serpentine belt noticed the AC tensioner pulley bearing was seized up. He ordered a new tensioner online for 30 minute pickup at Advance and I got underneath and removed the splash shield and the old tensioner, then went and picked up the new one.
We noticed the old one's tensioning base worked fine still and that it was just the bearing in the pulley was shot. If we could've found just a replacement pulley we would've gone that route, but we couldn't. After using the online 20% off code and my $5 SpeedPerks rewards I had, the belt and tensioner only cost about $40 total.
Got everything installed and put back together. We cleaned the MAF sensor and the throttle body (he was saying it felt like the pedal would stick a bit when starting from a stop) while we had the intake tubing off. AC works fine now and he learned a bit more about working on our GM trucks.

well had a sat off finally, so i went to do the window regulators early this morning before it got to hot. took the drive side door apart start to open my boxes that i never opened till today. and they never shipped a driver side front regulator. but they did double ship the whole order. so i got 4 rear regs, and 3 front pass sides.
if any one needs some regulators, let me know. i got spares ill never need in this life time lol

on the bright side, i did get my drag radials back on the SS and i went and got a car wash for the hoe. SS hooks up so much better now. spin fest 2020 is over for now lol

This morning I installed felt on the dash bezel to keep it from scratching the dash and stop rattle noise. This stuff is the shit, once it sets up, the shit doesn't come off.
