Looks really good, I had no problems applying etc. I did wash, degrease, scrub with blue dawn, 2x 91% alcohol clean it though to get the 6 years worth of greasy stuff I e been using. Did the running boards, mirror caps, rear bumper, around the hatch, and roof racks. Still got 2 pouches left to do the front valance later when I clean it and park backwards in the garage.

If it looks this good after a few rains, it’ll be worth it. Says 200 washes/2 years. I’d be happy with through summer lol. She complains when I use the normal stuff the running boards are too slippery, hopefully this keeps it looking black instead of dull grey and isn’t greasy. Before and after

grand total of about $125 and you are good for another 5-8 years before they should be replaced again they are a maintenance item. The plastic gets brittle and soft from heat and cold over time
Agree. I just replaced mine proactively a couple months ago. There are other, much more expensive options out there, but my OEM parts lasted 210k, so figured new OEM should last me longer than I’ll likely need. They are a strange design, and a PITA to remove though.

I guess it’s n/a on Amazon where I got it at the moment. I was very careful and cleaned until a white rag stayed white lol. Apparently you DO NOT get this stuff off once it is on.

In the past I’ve used Mothers back to black, aerospace 303, all kinds of other stuff that look good until the next couple times it rained. Hopefully this has some longevity to it…I need to try it on the vertical pieces on the windshield, they look terrible lol
