So I installed a dorman exhaust manifold cheater clamp on the rear driver head and let me tell you!!@ f@^# that job!!! I was so pissed at how that went, 4 hours later and it's on. It Fixed my leak but no more of those. I'm just pull the manifold on the next one or pay the experts.
I’ve heard the one in that spot sucks. Can’t get to that backside bolt by the firewall right?

There is very little room to turn either of those bolts that mount to the head. I had flex head ratcheting wrenches, regular wrenches, etc and it didn't help me. Pain in the rear! I wasn't ready to commit to pull off manifold and risk other bolts going.

Nice! Looks great! I think we need more info and pics.. I’ll bet it’s nice having a 3/4 ton Yukon..! [emoji16] deets please!
Thank you. I think it's coming out nice. It started life as a green university band SUV. Now it's my cancer project and when the carbon fiber and leather work are done, I'll do a write up.

P.S. Who knows where to get a big brake kit that fits or even a hub carrier replacement. I've checked with Brembo and they laughed. Lol

I looked and all they seem to sell them for are the 6 lug wheels. Sucks.

Got that damned PS pulley to move ! I stopped f-ing around with marginal tools and bought the OTC 4681.OTC4681.jpg
Cost $43, but I was not going to let that pulley win.

A YT video I saw mentioned that the pulley should be flush with the end of the pump shaft. That is correct. So, as a quick and easy check, take a look at yours. If you're having belt wear or noise and yours isn't flush, that might be the cause.

Welcome back. Some info on the C10 please :D

I really dont know too much about it to be honest cammed 350 built by previous owner, claims it had 8k miles on it(doubt it, but it is super healthy)auto Turbo350 trans,painted,E-Fan conversion, dual exhaust out the back I pretty much got it just for trade bait for something else, but ended up having too much fun with it, and will probly keep it for a while, clean squarebodies are getting hard to come by so I knew it would hold value
