How much of a drop are you all using for a receiver? My Tahoe is lifted 3" and the 2" drop I have now makes my boat sit really high in the front. I was thinking of going to a 4" but possibly 6" to keep my boat level while pulling it. I guess I could try it out.

Its a reese receiver/hitch. But it fits the factory location.Are you using an OE hitch? My stock '04 needs a couple inches of rise since the OE receiver is under the bumper.
