Well...since this is the first cool day we've had in this part of Texas for a while, I took advantage of it by wiring my radar detector into my rear view mirror harness..now it is sitting high/out of the way and no more unsightly cigarette lighter adapter dangling across my dashboard.

First a big thanks to Scottyboy for adventuring into doing this... but here is a quick pic of what i installed today....

blue leds, in the headlight, fog/rear wiper, cluster, auto a/c, TC, both rear window switches... Pictures dont do it justice, (i know everyone says that, but it really dont)

I love em....MUCH better than white...:favorites37:

Damn, that does look sweet! Now we need to do those steering wheel audio buttons. They stick out like a sore thumb now with the factory bulbs still in there.

yeah i noticed that.. not sure how to even start on that.. man that would be so cool...

did a radiator flush, put a new fuel filter on the hoe, a new air filter (k&n) and new pcv valve. truck still had the oem pcv valve in it and it has 199k miles.
it was super dirty but wasnt stuck

best part of it all, it didnt cost me $1

That looks dope! I want do this eventually (after the Esky cluster mod).
