Power steering fluid full, tires rubbing, or belt slip would be my guess.

Too funny. This is one of the easiest fixes. The clunk on my burb was non stop driving me crazy.

Probably power steering pump is turning to slow at low engine rpm so you lose pressure. Just keep a little more rpm on those slow full lock turns.
Lol, no it's nice and snug in the factory grille. I Evan thought about cutting it at the edge of the holes, but it is still loose. If that makes sence. If you want to take some measurements that would be great.

Measurement A. 38 3/4
Measurement B. 37 1/8
Measurement C. 9 1/4
There is a 1/4 gab in between the honey comb grille and the out like of the grille. The honey comb grille measurement are
Measurement A. 38 3/8
Measurement B. 36 1/2
Measurement C. 8 1/2
Hopefully those measurements can help you out.
Thanks Billy, that helps a lot. I think I will order the Denali speed grille. Should be a nice fit. Worst case I will be selling one of those at a discounted price. Lol.
Working on my leather seat swap, did a google search for seats.. found this. Lol
