What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Haven't been able to do much to the Tahoe lately. I had graduation practices, actual graduation, then a camping trip. Now finally back. On Friday I'm getting 20% on the front 2 windows, I also measured my fender heights. 41.25" at the front 40" even at the back. This Sunday in ordering new suspension parts, new upper and lower control arms (with new ball joints and bushings), new camber bolts and camber guide pins, tie rod ends, and new bump stops. Ill be putting the parts on myself and bring the front down so it's 40" to all the fenders, align it enough to get it to a shop to get a professional alignment. Once that's done it should feel much better because right now I'm riding on the droop stops. If I feel like it could be improved I'll get a steering stabilizer.
Unfortunately I also have not been able to do much to my nbs here lately or my nnbs, I was sick as a dog for about 2 weeks, my mom graduated college after going back at age 50 to finish her degree, younger sister graduated high school, my grandfather passed away, and I bought my first house and moved about an hour away. Haven't had time do anything except run them through the touchless car wash and then get them dirty again. Looking forward to getting something going again asap. Might not do much besides some maintenance till I can get to the point where I can trade my nbs tahoe in on a nbs esky lol.

A question to the lifted guys, can you still go through an automatic car wash? Just in case I just want a quick clean and don't feel like doing it myself.

Most will have a clearance guide hanging down so you can be sure. And make sure your new tow mirrors are gonna clear too.

Snapped bolt while changing out AC belt tensioner. Bolt is located in AC compressor bracket. Ordered used (looked new) compressor bracket from ebay. I had to remove the compressor in order to remove the bracket. All went well, shockingly. Even installed new seals to Hi/Lo lines to compressor. Suctioned down and recharged using my Harbor Freight Vacuum Pump and R134a Manifold gauge set. (Totally worth it and It's paid for itself already).

It took a while for the pressures to get to normal, seemed as though there was a blockage as my Hi side pressure went up to 350 at one point. The compressor stopped engaging at one point. I put in about 3.5 cans (supposed to be 44 oz) of Walmart Supertech R134a ($5 each) as per online charts. After cycling on and off and increasing RPM, it's giving me normal-ish readings (Lo 45/Hi 150). I wonder if I have crap in lines? It seems cold, even the rear. Should I have swapped out the Orifice Tube since its so easy to replace? Do the high $ R134a formulations work better with those Additives to make it cooler?

Yes on the orifice, any little crap can clog that stupid thing. If its blowing cold leave it now, no additives.....unless its leaking then the leak stop crap but not much.... my 2cts
