picked up this tahoe a few weeks back, needed brakes bad. 121,000 on it one owner and the rotors look factory, the bracket bolts would not come out with a air gun, broke a ratchet, all 4 corners fought me on the bracket bolts, but i won!! looks las if some jerk off has been slapping new pads in only, front were damn near new looking when they came off.

truck brakes nice and smooth now.

new ish looking front pad.

all old junk, not the top edges are all rusted and not making any contact, a few of the pads were curved over the top edge.

and now it stops smoothly. i knew it had warped rotors lol
Damn! Those were pretty bad. Gotta love some mechanics, or even worse, the diy's who don't know what they're doing. Where in NJ are you?

im up in Hackensack. no idea wtf some people are thinking, clearly they did pads only for the life time, one owner too.

my brother was looking at some of my pics, hes like where your fog lights? well crap i dont know, so i go looking and found the plugs, ordered new fogs lol

we were just talking bout the billet grills, and i was thinking about color matching the chrome grill to the red body color and then installing the new grills. seen a pic like that and it looks way better to me.

like this, might paint the bumper too to just ditch the chrome all together.

as it sits now. i cant stand the grill. hated it before i bought it too, im really a gmc fan, but yukons were hard to come by fully loaded like this one is.

the regal next to it is mine too, has a load of mods on it. its rather peppy for a little v6 with a blower on it. ill be at e town come spring time with it, finally broke into the 13's spinning like a ******. 45 degree's out at the track dont help none, even with drag radials.
