2004 Z71 Suburban Green I have a few upgrades done.

Ok fellas got the rear main seal replaced. While he was in there he replaced the oil cooler fittings and also added a quart to the transfer case cause it was low. Apparently the trans has been replaced at some point cause he said it has junk yard paint on the transmission. So good info going forward.

Checked crankshaft endplay to rule out a failed thrust bearing as the cause of my grenaded trans. It's within specs at .0035.

I found the need to buy a dial caliper when Performabuilt tried to blame crankshaft end play for their trans breaking. They covered it under warranty but didn’t want to admit the trans broke on its own. But I also think the tow driver did more damage to it trying to unload an AWD off a flatbed when the trans was locked up.

New grill and headlights are in along with the Bose bass system and a few more parts.
Also have a new engine cover on the way to paint and install.
Just have to finish this job in Fort Worth to go home and do the work!
