Somewhat similar here. My first experience with sciatica was the day after I came down from hiking a '14er down by Creede. Couldn't get comfortable and lots of pain in my right leg, had to use the cruise control nearly all the way home. Did the 3-series cortisone shots, all that's allowed in any year by the insurance, and that helped for a while. Three years later it came back in my left leg, but not as bad. Did the series of 3 shot sessions again. My lumbar discs are compressed, doc says it's normal wear and tear. My lower back hurts nearly all the time. It stinks.
Don’t like.

Oh man sorry to hear. I have yet to see anybody but a chiropractor but he said it’s muscular in his opinion. I’m using otc nsaids but I think I’m gonna see a doctor. I just have a feeling they won’t be able to do much so I just deal with it.
Thanks man. Yeah, I ignored it for years. I’d go see my doc when it got so bad I couldn’t move, and he’d prescribe Percocet and a muscle relaxer for 10 days or so, then I’d be ok for a while until the next time. Well, I ended up in the ER 3 times for it, and that gets old really quick, so finally saw this pain mgmt. Doc, who had an MRI done, as well as other imaging, so he actually knew what we’re dealing with. He gave me a very comprehensive diagnosis, and showed me the problems I have in the imaging.
I don’t even remember all of it. But I know the biggest problem is my lumbar is curved the wrong direction, and that’s what is causing my facet joints to hit each other. I also have arthritis in several areas he pointed out. This was like 5-6 years ago, so I’m sure all that has progressed as well. He’s an excellent doc., but can’t do a lot about my issues. @Fless, if yours gets to the point where you need to see someone, I’d highly recommend him. He’s located down your way. Right near the Denver Broncos training facility. [emoji106][emoji16]

I would have a good tire shop do a road force balance and check for a bent rim or out of round tire. Tell them what’s going on. There’s nothing like spinning them up to speed on a machine. I doubt you’ll be able to see a minor issue doing it like that. I had a shaking issue at 65-70 and the shop that sold me the 26” wheels balanced them 3 times but it was still there. I went to another shop and one of the tires was way out of tolerance as far as roundness plus the first shop must have gotten frustrated trying to balance it because it wasn’t. I ended up putting that tire on the rear after the hood shop balanced it and the shaking was almost nonexistent. I sold the rims soon after and went smaller with a different brand of tires.

After taking off the spacers I took a 20 min drive to the next town and felt pretty darn good, it wasn't a 2.5 hours drive to Tallahassee but it was encouraging.

Nice. I have the rear coming. I wonder how hard it'll be to do it on the ground.
the rear you want to do with the wheels on the ground, called: (with a load) which actually makes the sway bar have no load at all, when the rear lifts it creates tension on the rear bar, the front is the opposite wheels off the ground (without a load).
it's very easy.
the only tricky part is when doing the front (both wheels off the ground) if you are doing it alone is to very loosely put one endlink on, then move to the other side and put the other endlink on loosely, then you can put the the d-bushings on, otherwise trying to lift the bar and put the d-bushings on first alone without the endlinks attached is very hard

I'll do that. When I commute I go right by the Broncos' facility, and most of my medical quacks -- er, docs -- are near there on Arapahoe Rd.

There's a great pain management firm in Broomfield if you're ever looking. Centeno Schultz; they'll do PRP and other stuff (stem cell, but I don't know if they do that in the States) and steer away from the cortisone.
