He just started the information gathering phase. This could last weeks. There will then be a forum help phase where many members comment and provide moral support and encouragement. This will be followed by an attempted repair phase where he discovers he needs additional tools or more information so he will be back here repeatedly where we will provide more information and encouragement. Then after a few months he will take it to a no-good thieving shop (because that’s all there is around him) who will charge him an arm and a leg to replace the fuse but not before they short out another fuse or cause some other damage and the process will repeat.
