Cleaned the rear, passenger door lock. At a minimum, I'm going to have to pull the mechanism and really clean it, but it likely needs to be replaced. Added the 6-hi mod from Fleece, and replaced the license plate lights with LEDs. I broke the crap out of the existing ones, trying to remove them.

The 'U' plate bolt holes a tad too close, to mount onto the axle, and the bolt head was a tad close to the 'bend'.

Also, the grade 8 - fine thread bolt, that attaches to the sway bar end, was missing the lock nuts. ( I used temporary bolts, until Hellwig ships the nuts.

Hellwig manufacturers the sway bar, but 'farms-out' the rest of the hardware.

Nope... new bolts a bit larger..also, ..... The axle mount, ( where you install the new 'U' bracket & new bushing for the sway bar ),...... The Hellwig 'U' bracket's 2 holes are a smigin too wide, to easily bolt in. ( I had to use a hammer to reduce the 'spread' of the bolt holes )

But... Hellwig is fast & helpful to send the parts I need.

Sorry you’re having these issues. Mine went together perfectly. No hardware problems whatsoever. I wonder when they started farming out the hardware..?
